This site contains a comprehensive library of legislation, guidance and other pertinent information which will assist those working in the UK offshore and gas industry.  It includes acts of parliament, statutory instruments, HSE guidance and approved codes of practice, HSG series books, DECC and other regulatory bodies guidance. This site is maintained on a daily basis, with new material highlighted in our News section. User can request tailored News feeds to their email address to keep right up to date.

The site uses familar search routines and other common internet tools and also provides customising tools to help users tailor the system to their own requirements, with the ability to save regular searches and makes notes at all points throughout the database. Our latest Compliance Notes feature assists operators identify legislation which governs their business and provides individual subscribers with a means of recording how their organisation complies with the law. 

Fees

Fees start at £1210 per year for a single user licence.   Multiple and corporate licences are availble on request.

2.0 Your licence to use this website

2.1 The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights that are either owned by us, or owned by third parties and licensed to us. The rights in the Content will remain our property and the relevant licensors, and you will not acquire any rights or interests to, or in any part of, the Content.

2.2 You may only use the website and the Content in the course of your own business and you must not make them available to any other person in any way or form unless, and to the extent that, this is authorised in respect of any part of the website or Contents.

4.2 Any Content which relates to the interpretation or effect of any document (including any legislation, regulation, or guidance) is intended as indicative only, and we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your relying on the Content as a substitute for consulting the original document. Our interpretations are not to be regarded as a substitute for professional legal advice.

4.3 We take reasonable care to reproduce third parties’ data accurately, but we do not verify the information itself is correct and we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of errors in the Content.

5.1 No person may assign or transfer all or any of its rights or obligations under this agreement or dispose of any right or interest in this agreement without the prior written consent from us.

5.2 We may change these terms and conditions with immediate effect if it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with any applicable law, or with the instruction of any public or regulatory body.

5.3 These terms are subject to English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and the Content and its use.
